Everyone has drama in their lives; whether it is personal or professional, it exists. It is easy to get caught up in that drama and quickly become bitter and resentful, but that doesn’t solve problems or help us grow. Come spend some time learning how to recognize the Drama Triangle, know which role you step into, and how to step out. We will also be exploring the Empowerment Dynamic, the roles we can play there, and how we can create and hold healthy boundaries in our relationships. These concepts are beneficial for everyone - especially parents of adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. These concepts are also particularly helpful for professionals managing a staff.
